Frank Galimidi BS, CASAC, CAP, ICADC
Frank is a Florida Certified Addictions Professional (CAP), New York State Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC), and has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University.
Frank has worked in the chemical dependency field for the past six years as a Counselor, Clinical Supervisor and Administrator. Frank began his career as a counselor at the Phoenix House Career Academy in Brooklyn, New York where he developed expertise utilizing Motivational Enhancement Therapy to engage a treatment resistant population. Previous to joining the clinical team at Treatment Alternatives, Frank worked for five years as Counselor, Senior Counselor, and most recently Assistant Clinical Director at Bridge Back to Life Center Inc. in Brooklyn, New York where he specialized in the facilitation of psychoeducational groups, individual counseling, clinical supervision, programming and the coordination of care with Employee Assistance Programs and New York State Drug Treatment Court.
