William Ruback - Admissions Coordinator/Director of Marketing

William Ruback, Director of Marketing/Admissions Coordinator. Mr. Ruback obtained his BA, Business Administration from Pace University and his MS, Human Service Administration from The Metropolitan College of New York where he graduated with the highest distinction.
Mr. Ruback arrived at Boca House Recovery Communities after eight years of service in the field of substance abuse treatment. Mr. Ruback left Palladia, Inc., one of the largest not for profit multi care providers of human services (specializing in chemical dependency), in New York City. Mr. Ruback served as a Director in the housing division where he provided support to clinical teams, security and building management personnel. Mr. Ruback also coordinated compliance requirements from funding sources and all marketing efforts with the executive office.
Mr. Ruback was previously employed as an Adjunct Professor for The Metropolitan College of New York. During his tenure he instructed courses in Marketing for both the MBA and Undergraduate Schools of Business as well as courses in Personality Traits and Supervision for the Undergraduate School of Human Services.
Previously, Mr. Ruback had a long and distinguished career in the apparel industry where he excelled in all areas of sales, marketing, promotions and management. Mr. Ruback has coordinated core garment programs with major international, national and regional retailers. In addition, Mr. Ruback has experienced sourcing raw materials and labor globally while trying to offer competitive products.
